Tumblers, mugs, and similar items include complimentary shipping as part of our commitment to simple, joy-filled gifting. Print work—especially framed or specialty pieces—may require additional shipping due to size, weight, and protective packaging. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the concern. We will review the situation with care and support you in receiving a replacement when appropriate.
